About us
DG Freight was formed by David Griffiths in 1990.
From it's inception, as a driver accompanied trailer operator between the UK, and the remainder of Europe, DG Freight Ltd has continued to grow.
Our services now go into, and beyond Southern and Western Europe, from Scandinavia and down to the Baltic states. All trailer operations, both full loads, and groupage are controlled from our headquarters at Reed House in Leeds. We have Multi-lingual staff, who are able to liase with your continental clients, should the need arise.
We operate 13.6 metre trailers, and in addition offer an express van service, all driver accompanied, and fitted with EuroPhones to ensure constant contact with our drivers. We also have drivers who are fully trained and equipped in case you have any hazardous cargo which may need shipping.
Our services cover both export and import groupage, and full loads.
We are full trading members of our governing body. The British International Freight Association, with several professional members employed at our organisation.
